Music programs should be funded in schools. Some schools are abandoning them in light of focusing on test grades or budget cuts, and probably other reasons. But really, music education should be funded for the positive effect it generates in the classroom, the feelings of being part of a community/family in the ensemble, and b/c it provides a way for people to express themselves/have an artistic sense.

Topic changed slightly. Covering autism and music as a way to improve autistic people's conditions. Since officially it's unknown if music therapy is helpful, my tentative thesis=For people with autism, they can find aid for their conditions in musical therapy/education(I'll revamp this thesis later)
